Refund policy

Damaged Items:

 U.S. ORDERS- if your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing with your order number and photos of the damage.

-Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- All international orders are final sale. Due to the high cost of international return shipping and customs fees, we do not accept physical returns on international orders.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cjocenite@yahoo.com with photos of the item. We will issue store credit for the value of the item.

Please note:

-Duties, taxes, and customs fee are non-refundable

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable

-Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

-Claims submitted after 48hrs will not be eligible for store credit
