Refund policy

Damaged Items:  if your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing with your order number and photos of the damage.  Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement.  We take great pride in our Boujee Ball Boxes and want to make sure your experience is nothing short of amazing!
